Physical Asset Commodity Tokenization
Physical Commodity Tokenized Markets. Open 24/7 with proof of reserves
Enterprise-grade fractional trading of physically-backed commodities with continuous on-chain proof of reserves.
The problem
Web3 platforms create onboarding friction through seed phrases and gas fees. Web2 centralized platforms eliminate true self-custody and hide solvency backing.
What we built
A mobile user experience backed by self-custodied Chia coin-model wallets. Automated treasury loops balance token supply to physical inventory 1:1.
The result
24/7 trading, verified 1:1 reserve solvency, and automated regulatory compliance paths.

Situation
Letting ordinary people buy a fractional, tokenized share of a physical asset usually fails one of two ways: build it crypto-native and onboarding friction (seed phrases, gas fees, wallet extensions) loses the audience, or build it compliance-first and custody, and real 24/7 settlement, quietly disappears. A third, quieter failure sits underneath both: a token's backing is only as good as what's verifiably in the wallet, and retail users have no direct way to check that themselves.
What we built
Our central orchestration engine coordinates a client app, KYC/KYB compliance, fiat rails, an institutional supplier, and local custodians for redemption. Each user holds their own self-custodied wallet while reserves sit in cold storage that requires multiple approvals to move, all on the same underlying infrastructure. An automated rebalancing loop requests a mint, signed through the cold minting vault, when the treasury float drops below a low watermark and sells inventory to melt tokens when it runs above a high watermark, keeping circulating supply pinned to verified inventory continuously.
User vault
Self-custodied
Keys for spending and recovering user assets are securely stored on the user’s own devices.
Treasury vault
Hot, automated
Signs instant settlement transfers the moment a purchase clears.
Minting vault
Cold, multi-sig approval
New tokens issue only through an offline, human-in-the-loop signing process.
Users hold their own keys, but the issuing entity retains a narrowly scoped revocation capability, built into the token itself, so an AML hold or court order can claw back a specific token without needing the user's signature. Everyday transfers are unaffected.
Impact
Typical approach
- Seed phrase, gas fees before a first trade
- Market hours, or slow manual redemption
- Reserve backing is a claim, not always verifiable
- Full self-custody, no compliance lever
This platform
- Ordinary app login, self-custody underneath
- 24/7 trading, in-person redemption on request
- Automated, continuous 1:1 rebalancing
- Self-custody with a narrow revocation path
