As we continue ramping up into the new year, we’re thrilled that the Chia community remains so welcoming and active! In just two short months, we’ve seen community-organized events across three continents.
The Hong Kong Chia Meetup, one of the longest running Chia meetups, held an event last week to bring folks in the ecosystem together to connect and celebrate. Up-to-date info on the Hong Kong Chia Meetup info can be found here or on X.
The group also has a dedicated local WhatsApp chatroom for frequent communication between events. If you plan to visit Hong Kong and would like to find the local Chia community, get in touch with their team and come and join the fun!
In addition to the Hong Kong Meetup, the community also organized a grassroots event in London to talk shop on all things Chia and Permuto.
Coming up soon, the Toronto Chia Meetup, hosted by a number of folks including SlowestTimelord and Sabari, is shaping up to be one of the biggest live Chia community meetups ever! If you’d like info on how to join the event, the details can be found here.
Keep an eye out for more information on upcoming events including Berlin and London meetups in April, which should have Chia Network employees in attendance. We’ll publish more details as planning progresses.
The Chia Blockchain is made stronger–and better–because of the community that surrounds and supports it, even the support comes in the form of “WEN” and emojis on Discord. We look forward to seeing you at the events coming up and to another fantastic year with the best community.
