Prior to Chia, Richard Tsao gathered over 20+ years of experience in the gaming industry as an executive for Riot Games & Ubisoft and as a senior manager at Crytek & Microsoft. He started his career in 1989 as a programmer and transitioned to technical project management positions before entering management roles.
